Primo, cleanliness is a virtue. We wash our trucks —
inside and out — at least twice a week. Our storage
facility is exceptionally clean and sanitary. Even our
drivers wear neat, laundered uniforms.
All
of these actions reflect how we care for the produce
we deliver and how we respect our customers. It also
helps safeguard the quality of the produce, resulting
in improved taste and appearance of every delivery.
In
the foodservice business, you can never be too clean.
But you can bet we're trying to get there.
