only select trucking companies with modern fleets and
excellent refrigeration capacity. Then we request that
the trucking company has two drivers on each truck,
so the shipment does not have to stop — one driver
rests while the other continues drive.
The
driving team has strict instructions to protect the
precious cargo. They monitor the temperature… listen
for shifting loads… take extra care on the roads
not to bruise or damage the fruits and vegetables. We
make sure the trucking companies' refrigeration equipment
maintains a proper and protective temperature.
