Customer Service Representative
Primo Number One in Produce has an immediate opening for an experience full-time Customer Service Representative in an office based environment.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am-4pm (overtime and holidays as needed)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Answering customer calls and/or calling customers
• Taking orders and entering into system
• Lot selection for product
• Reviewing shorts and contacting customer for solution
• Resolving customer issues promptly
Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:
• 2 years customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills verbal and written
• Must work well independently as well as with others
• Must have strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
• Proven judgment/problem solving skills
• Must have proficient data entry/typing skills
• Produce/food service experience is a plus
• Must be able to work on holidays and overtime as needed
