Primo Number One in Produce, Inc. has immediate openings for full-time Order Selectors on our night shift team.* Competitive starting rate of $20/hr. *Employees are eligible for incentive pay after a training period of 30 days.
Incentive paid selectors earn an average of $30+/hour.
Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 6:00 pm start time. Overtime, weekend and holiday work is required as needed by the business, and schedules are subject to change per business requirements.

Only candidates who meet the following requirements will be considered:
- Minimum 1 year of experience using a stand up, ride-on electric pallet jack
- Ability to work in a refrigerated warehouse and lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to accurately select cases as directed by a voice headset system
- Ability to select cases in high volume numbers – a plus
- Fast learner with the willingness to improve
- Must be able to stand/walk for most of the shift.
- Must be available to work the schedule listed including holidays
- Must have a proven record of reliability and good attendance
- Must work well independently as well as part of a team
- Collaborate with team to optimize workflow and productivity
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards during all operations
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED

Primo Number One in Produce, Inc. has an immediate day shift opening for a dependable fulltime Warehouse Packer on our piece line team, in our refrigerated warehouse.
Must be able to work until the end of every shift. Holiday and weekend work are required based on business needs, and schedules are subject to change as production needs change.
- Work Schedule: 7:00AM start on Mon,Tue,Wed,Fri | 6:00AM start every Saturday.
- Days off: Thur & Sun
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: assembling and packing fresh produce items into boxes for on demand customer orders, and other assigned duties as requested by Management.

- Recent experience working in a warehouse packing environment.
- Ability to work in a refrigerated warehouse (40 – 44 degrees).
- Ability to use both hands to label, and pack product.
- Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Must be able to read and understand English.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Must be able to follow directions and accurately pack product.
Candidates must possess the following to be considered:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong judgment and communication skills.
- Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in the English language, bilingual is a plus.
- Excellent attendance and proven record of reliability.
- Must be available to work holidays as required by the business.
Compensation is based on experience.

Primo Number One in Produce, a family-owned business located in Allentown, PA, has been distributing fresh produce and other specialty items in the Northeast for over 30 years. We are hiring full time Class A CDL Delivery Drivers.
Here’s the Primo Difference:
- Hourly pay based upon experience/MVR
- Overtime is paid after 40 hours/week
- Limited touch freight
- Routes start between 11pm and 4am
- Single overnight runs with layover pay and food allowance
Position requirements:
- Candidates must be able to work a flexible variable schedule upon hire with a more established schedule to follow.
- Must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma/GED and a clean driving record
- A valid CDL A
- Must be available on holidays, weekends and overnight runs as needed
- Must be registered with the FMCSA Clearinghouse
- Proven record of reliability and excellent attendance
- Must follow all DOT regulations and work safely while meeting customer delivery times
- Must be able to communicate effectively and have strong customer service skills
- Ability to verify order accuracy, customer invoices and obtain proper signatures
- Must be comfortable driving in inclement weather conditions
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 50 lbs
Compensation is based on experience: $26.00/hour to $28.00/hour
Bi-weekly pay schedule.
