Primo Number One in Produce, Inc. has an immediate full-time opening on night shift for an experienced 30-foot-high reach Forklift Operator.
As a Forklift Operator (stand up high reach), core skills in forklift operation, OSHA safety and warehouse experience will be vital while navigating our warehouse environment to ensure optimal inventory handling.
Schedule: 5:00 pm start on Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, | 3:00pm start on Saturday. Overtime, holidays & weekends are required per business needs. Schedules are subject to change per business needs.
Only candidates who meet the following requirements will be considered:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of experience using a Crown stand-up, 30 ft high reach forklift
- 1 year of experience with hands-on, high volume, detailed pallet building
- Ability to work in a refrigerated warehouse and lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience using electric, stand up, ride on pallet jacks is a plus
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations while performing tasks.
- Utilize warehouse management systems for tracking and order picking.
- Must have a proven record of reliability and good attendance
- Must be a team player and work well with all staff
- Must be able to read, write and communicate English
- Bi-lingual is a plus
- Must be at least 18 years of age.

Overtime and holiday work is required based on business demands; schedules are subject to change based on production volume.
- Work Schedule: 7:00am start, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur, Sat
- Days off: Friday & Sunday
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: picking for the piece-line, will-call, pallet building, residual put away, and additional tasks as directed by Management

- Recent experience working in a general warehouse environment.
- 1 year of experience operating an electric, ride-on, stand up pallet jack.
- 1 year of experience operating a stand-up, 30-foot, high reach forklift.

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Full Time CDL A Delivery Drivers
Primo Number One in Produce, a family-owned business located in Allentown, PA has been in business for over 30 years and is hiring Class A CDL Delivery Drivers.
Assigned schedules will vary and will be discussed during interviews.
Primo consistently distributes fresh produce and other specialty items to the Northeast. Thousands of different items from all over the world arrive daily, quickly making their way to a wide variety of customers.
The Primo Difference:
- Hourly pay based upon experience and MVR
- Overtime available after 40 hours
- Limited touch freight
- Routes start between 11pm and 4am
- Single overnight runs required with added layover pay incentive*
Position requirements:
- Three years of successful CDL driving experience
- A clean driving record
- Proven record of reliability and excellent attendance
- Must be registered with the FMCSA Clearinghouse* prior to start
- Available for overnight runs as needs arise by the business
- Must be available on both weekdays and weekends
- Safely drive trucks and meet scheduled customer delivery times
- Verify order accuracy, customer invoices and obtain proper signatures
- Professionally perform customer service responsibilities
- Must have valid CDL issued by the state of legal residence
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 50 lbs
- Must be comfortable driving and working in inclement weather conditions
Compensation is based on experience: $26.00/hour to $28.00+/hour
